This week was busy, Doug's birthday, Halloween and a weekend away.
This week marked the beginning of Polly's obsession with the movie Frozen. She calls the movie, "Her Girls" and likes to watch it every day. I love it when she twirls around and belts out the Let It Go song (well Polly's version). Everything now is about the princesses.
Perhaps as a result of her obsession with Frozen, there have been quite a few accidents in the undies (too busy to go to the loo). Not loving cleaning up undies so have let Polly take control of operation clean up. Kind of backfired because she loves hosing herself off!
Reading to Doug a book devoted to Pugs in dress ups. Dougs looks engrossed.
Doug the Pug's third birthday on Thursday. Happy to pose for his birthday happy snap and enjoyed his big juicey bone.
On Friday, Fred, Polly and I drove to the Coast to pick up Eve after school and then back up to Toowoomba. Long day in the car, bribed the kids with the halloween candy.
Fred really wanted to get into the spirit of halloween. So Darra and Donna bought both Fred and Polly scary costumes, got them all dressed up and went up to the hospital to scare Gran. They were both REALLY scary by the end of the day, full of sugar and overtired.
On Saturday Evie swam at the Toowoomba Open. She was pretty happy with her times and even managed a PB in her 100m Freestyle. Proud of her for having a go.
Jack caught the bus up to Toowoomba after rowing traing. Never too old to have a go on the Milne Bay waterslide.
We visited Gran in hospital on Sunday. Brett took the big kids back to school Sunday afternoon and the littles and I drove home. Another week done.
Thanks for stopping by.
