It started with 10 different coloured balls of wool almost two years ago.
Which were then turned into little Granny squares.
The piles of Granny squares grew slowly over the winter months.
And then last September I finally had crocheted 182 squares and began joining all the squares together.
After they were all joined, I then crocheted a border and FINALLY my lovely Granny blanket was finished.
I could not be happier with how it turned out ... worth every little treble.
It now sits on the end of our bed waiting for some cool weather ... I love, love, love it! Next project, a blanket for Polly.
Miss Polly has lost the newborn baby look, she is so very cute and really interested in everything around her.
Day 105, she is always so happy to see a face when she wakes up.
Day 106, hanging out with her bestie.
Day 107, admiring Mum's blanket.
Day 108, swinging away in the swing chair.
Day 109, busy checking out the world.
Life continues to be busy .... Jack has started football and Eve had netball try out this morning. Trying to fit in a couple of pool training sesions for Jack each week which means a 320km round trip! Fred is his usual little self, keeping Polly and I entertained while the big kids are at school.
Thanks for stopping by.
